Stenger Announces Endorsement of Senator Jean Carnahan in Race for County Executive
SAINT LOUIS, Mo. — Steve Stenger announced today he has been endorsed by former Senator Jean Carnahan in the race for St. Louis County Executive.
“I am truly humbled to have the endorsement of Senator Carnahan,” said Stenger. “I have always admired her advocacy for childhood immunization and abuse centers.”
“I am supporting Steve Stenger for County Executive because I believe he is a hard working, responsible leader who represent our core Democratic values,” said Carnahan. “I am confident Steve is the best person to lead St. Louis county forward.”
Senator Carnahan was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Missouri Democratic Party at the Annual Jefferson-Jackson dinner earlier this month.
Carnahan resides in Clayton, MO.
