Three more papers endorsed voting no on Amendment 1. The Christian County Headliner, the West Plains Quill, and the Ozark Sentinel. They join six other major newspapers in opposing Amendment 1, including the Joplin Globe, the St. Louis Post Dispatch, the Kansas City Star, the Springfield News Leader, the Columbia Daily Tribune, and the Jefferson City News Tribune.
