PSC SETS INTERVENTION DEADLINE IN AMEREN MISSOURI CASE
JEFFERSON CITY—Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri (Ameren Missouri) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission approval of certain demand-side (energy efficiency) programs and Demand-Side Investment Mechanism (DSIM) under its second Missouri Energy Efficiency Investment Act (MEEIA) filing. The first MEEIA filing was approved in August of 2012 and Ameren Missouri’s application states it will conclude by the end of 2015.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than January 13, 2015, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .
