PSC SETS INTERVENTION DEADLINE IN PEACEFUL VALLEY SERVICE COMPANY CASE

 

 

 

JEFFERSON CITY—Peaceful Valley Service Company has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority to reorganize and convert to a nonprofit water and sewer company.  If the application is approved, Peaceful Valley Service Company will no longer be under the jurisdiction of the Missouri Public Service Commission.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than August 28, 2015, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .

Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, telephone 1-800-392-4211, e-mail pscinfo@psc.mo.gov).  Comments on the application can also be made in EFIS.  The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency that represents the general public in matters before the Commission.

Peaceful Valley Service Company serves approximately 181 water customers and 171 sewer customers in Gasconade County near Owensville, Missouri.
