PR Hanaway’s Total Raised Reaches $2.17 Million

St. Louis- Today, former federal prosecutor and gubernatorial candidate Catherine Hanaway announced that her campaign will enter 2016 having raised $2,170,294.04 total from over 700 donors.

“In the wake of rising murder rates in our cities and lawlessness at our public universities, it is truly encouraging and inspiring to have so many Missourians join our cause to make Missouri safe and strong again,” said Hanaway. “As a former prosecutor, I look forward to restoring law and order to our streets and filling the void of leadership in the Governor’s Mansion by leading our General Assembly to pass meaningful economic reforms that our state desperately needs.”

Hanaway’s campaign enters 2015 with over $1.5 million cash on hand. 95% of Hanaway’s total money raised has come from Missouri donors. 87% of Hanaway’s donors are from Missouri.

Hanaway’s success in fundraising has been coupled with equal success in building a grassroots team. Hanaway is the only candidate to announce a full statewide slate of volunteers in every county and an agriculture coalition. Hanaway has also put the rubber to the road and has either held or appeared at 270+ campaign events in 72 counties throughout the state. Before Election Day, Hanaway has pledged to visit all 114 counties.
