Glendale, Mo. – State Senator Eric Schmitt has met with many Missourians during his tens of thousands of miles traveled across the state where he is earning support and gaining momentum in his campaign for Missouri State Treasurer. Schmitt for Missouri reports $2.5 million cash on hand going into the home stretch of the campaign. In its newest report for the campaign’s third quarter, the Schmitt for Missouri campaign raised $238,600, which includes the two reports required around the Missouri Primary. “Senator Schmitt has been hard at work since launching his campaign and is grateful for the support and confidence Missouri voters are placing in him,” said Schmitt for Missouri spokesperson Rich Chrismer. “The support of Missourians makes it possible for Senator Schmitt to take his message directly to the voters and run a substantive, issue-focused campaign about his vision for making the treasurer’s office more responsive to the people.” Senator Schmitt recently launched his first television ad called Inspiration, which tells the story about his reason for becoming a public servant and advocate.
