“Missouri voters are smart and while they may support early childhood education they were not fooled by Big Tobacco’s outrageous, unfair and deceptive Amendment 3 scam. We gave Missouri voters the facts, and when common-sense, conservative Missourians get the facts, they make the right choice on Election Day every single time.”
