“Consistent with the timeline previously established, we have provided the third response to the broad record requests made by Missouri Alliance for Freedom,” the State Auditor’s Office issued in a statement. “The first indication of any concern with the timeframe outlined was a lawsuit filed by Graves Garrett 9 days before our response was due. We will continue to comply with the ongoing requests, and continue to stand up for Missourians seeking a timely refund of their tax dollars.”
