Wednesday, Governor Eric Greitens appointed Jason Crowell to the Missouri Housing Development Commission.
Crowell, a past member of the Governor’s Committee on Simple, Fair, and Low Taxes, is an attorney and member of Osburn Hine & Yates, LLC. Crowell served as the majority floor leader in the Missouri House of Representatives and served eight years in the Missouri Senate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southeast Missouri State University and a juris doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Herndon joined The Missouri Times in 2014, returning to political reporting after working as a campaign and legislative staffer. In 2019, she entered Missouri’s cannabis industry, co-founding Greenway Magazine.
