JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Final approval was given Tuesday to HB1568, sponsored by Rep. Steve Lynch, R-Waynesville. The bill seeks to provide support for and save lives of heroin and overdose victims by allowing pharmacists to dispense Naloxone, an antidote for heroin overdoses, directly to individuals. Lynch has made the bill a priority during his
