Rep. Don Phillips, R-Kimberling City, sat down with Upon Adjournment to reveal what his favorite places to visit in his district are. Phillips represents parts of Stone, Taney, and Christian County in Southwest Missouri. Here is where he recommends:
1. Table Rock Lake
