Fox 23 is stationed in Cape Girardeau and is home to Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. Ed Glenn, General Manager at Fox 23 KBSI was excited about the new partnership.

We are pleased to see Scott Faughn taking on state wide political issues on This Week in Missouri Politics,” said Glenn.

The show has gotten off to a tremendous start, and the support has been humbling. I’m very proud to be on the air where I am from, and hope all of the readers of the SEMO Times tune in and enjoy the show,” Faughn said.

The first show will have a distinctively SEMO flair to it with the featured guest tentatively being state Senator Doug Libla (R-25) who was just named Chairman of the Senate Transportation and Public Safety Committee, who is from the bootheel, and a panel of southeast Missourians including famed political consultant David Barklage, who is from Cape Girardeau.

I am thrilled with the success of Scott Faughn’s This Week in Missouri Politics TV show in the St. Louis market,” said Executive Producer Lynda Brotherton. “And now with the expansion of our program into the Cape Girardeau market on KBSI we are moving closer to our goal to become the only statewide political TV show in the Show Me State.”
