PSC OPENS CASE TO ASSIST IN THE DRAFTING

OF A REVISION TO NATURAL GAS SAFETY RULES

 

 

JEFFERSON CITY—The Missouri Public Service Commission has opened a working case to revise its natural gas pipeline safety rules to bring them in line with federal rules.  The working case is designed to facilitate the PSC Staff’s efforts to obtain input from interested stakeholders regarding the drafting of that rule revision.

This case (GW-2015-0321) will serve as a repository for documents and comments.  Using this case, any person with an interest in this matter may view documents and may submit comments or documents.   This is not a contested case so anyone may file a comment without legal counsel and without ex parte constraints.  Intervention requests are not necessary to submit comments or view documents.

The public is welcome to submit comments by forwarding electronic communications through the Public Service Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) or by mailing written comments to the Commission.
