Gov. Nixon appoints Anthony Daniel as new Clark County Assessor

 

JEFFERSON CITY – Gov. Jay Nixon today appointed Anthony  (Tony) R. Daniel, of Kahoka, as the new Clark County Assessor. The position became vacant upon the resignation of Donna Oilar.

Daniel, a Democrat, has been with Keokuk Prototype Foundry in Kahoka since 2010, where he manages quality control, conducts internal audits, and prepares for ISO audits. He previously worked in management positions for almost 30 years for Daniel Chevrolet-Buick and Advantage Auto in Kahoka. Daniel is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

“Tony Daniel has been active in the Kahoka community for many years, both in business and in organizations, and I am pleased to appoint him as the new Assessor,” Gov. Nixon said.
