Ratliff brings years of experience working on everything from legislative to presidential campaigns. His unique background in digital and data management will be a key addition to the firm’s arsenal.

Ratliff joins Barklage & Knodell after spending the last 3 cycles as Political Director of the House Republican Campaign Committee being part of the team that helped grow the Republican majority from 89 to 118 seats.
