PR LaFaver elected Co-Chairman of the Missouri Sportsman’s Caucus

Jefferson City, MO – Representative Jeremy LaFaver (D-Kansas City) was elected as the Democratic Co-Chairman of the Missouri Sportsman’s Caucus this morning at the annual legislative meeting and squirrel gravy breakfast. The Missouri Sportsman’s Caucus is a bi-partisan group of legislators who work together to support conservation and the outdoors in Missouri.

“It’s a great honor to have been selected by my colleagues for this new task. Fishing, hunting and being in the outdoors is something I have enjoyed and loved since I was a young child. I look forward to bringing a new and unique perspective to the Sportsman’s Caucus as someone who supports responsible gun ownership and the great opportunities it provides for our state and nation,” said LaFaver.

LaFaver was joined by Representative Robert Ross as the Republican co-chairman. “Robert is a good friend and I look forward to working with him to make Missouri the best place to be outdoors,” said LaFaver.
