Teichman announces bid for Associate Circuit Judge, Division 4

WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Republican Brent Teichman officially announced his candidacy for Johnson County Associate Circuit Judge, Division 4. The Warrensburg resident brings over 16 years of private practice experience to the position as a trusted and proven adjudicator of the law.

“After much thought and prayerful consideration, and with the support of my family and friends, I have decided to seek the office of Associate Circuit Judge in Johnson County,” said Teichman. “This has been a lifelong journey and dream of mine – to serve my community and work in a position where I know my education, training and experience can make a meaningful difference in the lives of Johnson County families.”

Teichman

Teichman is a graduate of Warrensburg High School (1993). He went on to receive his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Missouri (CMSU at the time), summa cum laude, in 1998. Since earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School Law in 2001, Teichman has owned and operated his own law firm, where he has represented thousands of clients – both private and public – gaining a unique perspective on the judicial system and how the actions and decisions of judges can dramatically affect the day-to-day lives of families. Teichman lists his compassionate yet firm demeanor, his thorough understanding and knowledge of the law, coupled with his strong ties and deep commitment to the community, as unique qualifications to serve the citizens of Johnson County in this position. Teichman also cites his appreciation for the proper role of a judge in our constitutional system of government – to apply the law, not make the law; to treat every person equally and respectfully, regardless of finances or circumstances; and to faithfully adhere to the rule of law, even when the

results may not be politically or culturally popular.

The campaign is underway with an initial ‘Meet the Candidate’ public event planned for October 5, 2017, in Warrensburg. To learn more details about the campaign, Teichman says he intends to connect with voters both personally, online and through the use of social media. You can learn more at www.teichman4judge.com.

Teichman has retained Axiom Strategies to consult on his campaign.
