Greitens makes four appointments to boards and commissions

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — On the eve of his resignation from office, Gov. Eric Greitens made four appointments to various boards and commissions.

Earnest Hart, Jr., of Chesterfield, was appointed to the Martin Luther King, Jr. State Celebration Commission.

Hart is a motivational speaker, martial arts champion, and physical fitness trainer.  He has hosted mentoring sessions and seminars around St. Louis for organizations such as the Premier Charter School, YMCA, and Whitfield School.

Thomas Frawley, of St. Louis, was appointed to the Missouri Juvenile Justice Advisory Group.

Judge Frawley is the Presiding Judge for the 45th Judicial Circuit.  He previously served as a Circuit Judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit.  Judge Frawley holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law.

George Stailey, of Fulton, was appointed to Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Stailey is the Superintendent for the Missouri School for the Deaf.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a master’s degree from Butler University.

Samantha Timothy, of Forest City, was appointed as the Holt County Collector.

Timothy is the Deputy Collector for Holt County.  She previously served as Deputy Circuit Clerk and Deputy Recorder for Holt County.
