Rep. Don Phillips gives Jessica Catron exclusive endorsement in District 42 race

Warrenton, MO — State Representative Don Phillips (R-Kimberling City), the Chair of the Missouri House Committee on Crime Prevention and Public Safety has announced today that he is giving Jessica Catron his exclusive endorsement in the race for District 42 State Representative.

“Having worked with Jessica (Catron) these last 7 years, it’s well known that she is passionate about protecting and fighting for our first responders,” Phillips said. “I’ve worked alongside her in fighting for the men and women who protect our communities, as well as their families. When elected, Jessica will continue that fight.”

Catron has previously received the exclusive endorsement of the House and Senate Agriculture Policy Chairmen, Senator Brian Munzlinger and Representative Jay Houghton. She worked in the Missouri House for almost seven years, and during that time served two State Representatives covering almost 70,000 Missouri residents.

“Jessica has already proven that she has the knowledge, dedication, and ability to make changes and fight for her beliefs in Jefferson City. She has no learning curve,” Phillips continued. “Jessica will be able to accomplish things for her district as soon as she gets to Jefferson City.”

Prior to his legislative duties, Rep. Phillips served as a state trooper for 28 years with the Missouri Highway Patrol Troop D. He retired with the rank of Sergeant.
