Business leader-led education advocacy organization strengthens across Kansas and Missouri
Kansas City, Missouri – June 8, 2018 – Aligned, formerly Alliance for Childhood Education, (http://www.wearealigned.org) announced today the hiring of its new Engagement Manager, Ashley Lunde. In Ashley’s new role, she will support the business development and educational programming for member companies.
Prior to joining Aligned, Ashley worked for the Greater Waco Texas Chamber as director of business retention and research. In that role, Ashley supported existing business and workforce initiatives, and maintained the market and industry information for Greater Waco Chamber’s economic development programs and services for the Greater Waco region. Lunde spent several years promoting economic tourism for both the El Paso Convention and Visitors Bureau and most recently, the Temple Convention and Visitors Bureau. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a Masters of Public Affairs from Park University. Lunde is married and currently resides in Leavenworth, Kansas, where she and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter, Elanor.
