Parson kicks of Infrastructure Week in St. Louis, to visit 13 cities in support of Prop D

Governor Mike Parson kicks off Infrastructure Week with a 13-city, four-day tour starting on Tuesday, October 16, to encourage Missourians to support safer roads and safer streets by voting YES for Proposition D in the Nov. 6 election.

“Missouri’s infrastructure needs are long overdue, and before a tragedy occurs, now is the time to take action. As Governor, improving the state’s infrastructure will always be a top priority for me – and Prop D plays an important role in providing the tools necessary for Missouri to make new investments in our roads and bridges. Transportation is an essential component of agriculture, health care, education, employment, and recreation. Prop D’s gradual implementation, constitutionally protected revenues, and regular audits will help to ensure the money will go where it is required to go. That is why I strongly support Prop D,” Governor Parson said.

Governor Parson’s tour is sponsored by SaferMO.com, the statewide campaign coalition supporting Proposition D. Missourians may learn more about Prop D, including how their communities will benefit directly, by visiting SaferMO.com.
