The management program supports the governor’s priority to provide State of Missouri managers, supervisors, and employees with the training and tools they need to both lead their teams better and improve how they serve the citizens of Missouri.

He launched the first-ever The Missouri Way training in August. The program is now established as an important component to the state’s back-to-basics management transformation.
