JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Through an expedited Certificate of Need review, the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee approved five requests to replace or renovate assisted living facility and skilled nursing facility beds.
Rolla Residential, LLC in Phelps County was approved for $4,227,105 to replace 28 ALF beds and Harmony Gardens-Assisted Living by Americare in Johnson County was approved for $2,916,345 to replace 25 ALF bed.
Fountain View at Friendship Village Sunset Hills in St. Louis County was approved for $2,509,106 to renovate and modernize a 78-bed ALF.
Friendship Village Sunset Hills in St. Louis County was approved for $24,075,884 to replace a 118-bed SNF and Friendship Village Chesterfield also in St. Louis County was approved for $16,071,333 to replace a 99-bed SNF.
Expedited reviews are done through an email ballot with committee members. The next full CON meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2018, and the next expedited ballot is scheduled for April 23, 2018.
