PSC SETS INTERVENTION DEADLINE IN AMEREN MISSOURI APPLICATION

                JEFFERSON CITY—Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking Commission authority and a certificate of convenience and necessity to construct, own, operate and maintain solar generation facilities in Montgomery County. 

            According to Ameren Missouri’s application, the facility will initially produce approximately 20,655 MWh (megawatt-hours) of solar generated energy per year, on average.  Ameren Missouri states construction is anticipated to begin in 2015 and is to be completed by the end of 2016. 

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than July 28, 2015, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov .
