Around 4,300 Missourians have been enrolled in the expanded Medicaid program as of Tuesday, according to DSS.

Cole County Judge Jon Beetem said DSS cannot deny individuals who qualify under the expansion from enrolling in the MO HealthNet program.
The next steps for the expansion of the state’s Medicaid population are in the hands of a Cole County judge.

The Missouri Supreme Court remanded the Medicaid expansion lawsuit, ruling the constitutional amendment did not violate state law.
