The most effective way to decrease murder rates in St. Louis would be passing a concurrent jurisdiction bill, according to Sen. Andrew Koenig.

An economic downturn is the worst time to expand Medicaid benefits to able-bodied adults without a true need, especially when our program is already one of the most generous programs in the country.
"Whether it is a certificate program to work on an advanced robotics assembly line or a four-year degree to become one of our state’s next great business leaders, we need all institutions to serve students."
