The Pollie Awards are the most prestigious awards in the political campaign and public affairs industry. The American Association of Political Consultants, founded during 1969 as a nonpartisan organization of political professionals, judges the entries.

Axiom was recognized for winning the most Pollies of any Republican Mail and Collateral firm in the country. Of the 20 Pollies Axiom Strategies took home, five were “Golds.” That was twice as many as its nearest competitor.

“It was a great night for our company,” Chief Executive Officer Jeff Roe said. “This is the gold standard award for political mail firms. Our only motivation is to win elections, but being honored by your peers is a close second.”

They were awarded Gold awards for their work in:

  • Newspaper – Ballot Initiative and Referendum
  • Double Tax Gum
  • St. Joseph, MO Use Tax
  • Best Use of Social Pressure Scream
  • Missourians for a Balanced Energy Future
  • Independent Expenditure Campaign – U.S. House
  • School of Bad Government
  • Now or Never PAC
  • Best Use of Social Pressure – “Republican Horseburger”
  • Humane Society of the United States
  • For State Legislature – “Republican Fakebook”
  • Missouri Senate 19 (Kurt Schaefer)

Jeff Roe and Axiom Strateiges have won more than 40 Pollie and Reed awards with their first Gold award coming during 2008 in Negative Contrast – Direct Mail for a piece called “Barry’s Treasure.”
