JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Missouri’s high court has appointed several new members, and re-appointed others, to the committee that helps draft court rules that govern civil litigation.
The Missouri Supreme Court Civil Rules Committee gained six new members with two returning members.
St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Rex Burlison and Connie Morley were appointed to fill unexpired terms that end June 30, 2020. Burlison will finish out the term of retired Judge David Evans. Morley will finish out the term of Randa Cheryl Rawlins, who resigned.
Four Missourians were appointed to terms that will expire on June 30, 2021.
Sullivan County Circuit Court Judge Tracey Mason-White, Dana Tippin Cutler, Ginger Gooch, and Chuck Hatfield were all appointed to replace members whose terms had expired.
Professor David Achtenberg and Michael Manners were re-appointed to the committee.
