Attorney General Josh Hawley Statement on SB5 Ruling

Jefferson City, Mo.  – In response to Judge S. Margene Burnett’s ruling in the Circuit Court of Jackson County today, Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley issued the following statement:

“I am very pleased with today’s ruling. SB5 enacts sensible regulations that protect the health of women in Missouri and we will continue to vigorously defend these.”
