The House moved that the House refuse to recede and grant a conference thereon on SB 1421. The motion passed.

Rep. Seitz moved that SS SB 1000 be third read and passed. Multiple Representatives spoke on the bill. SS SB 1000 passed 136 – 6.

Rep. Hinman moved that HCS SB 1020 be third read and passed. Multiple Representatives spoke on the bill. Rep. Cupps moved for the adoption of HA 1 to HCS SB 1020. Multiple Representatives inquired of Rep. Cupps

Rep. Phelps moved for the adoption of HA 2 to HCS SB 1020. Multiple Representatives spoke on the amendment. The amendment passed. HCS SB 1020 passed 130 – 10.

Rep. Roberts moved that HCS SS SCS SBs 835 & 1111 be third read and passed. The titling amendment passed. Multiple Representatives spoke on the bill.
