St. Louis — Victory Enterprises announced the formation of a new digital division today and tapped former House staffer and current Victory consultant Joe Lakin to run the operation.
Victory Enterprises is a “multi-state political, issue and corporate advocacy firm,” that touts offices in Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oklahoma and South Carolina. Lakin, a former Missouri Republican House staffer, will lead the new digital division of the firm, which already has a handful of Missouri clients including Missouri Farmers Care and House Majority Floor Leader Mike Cierpiot.
“With nearly two dozen digital media clients across a wide range of industries combined with limitless opportunities in the digital space, we are committed to bringing an innovative, full-spectrum approach to communications,” Lakin said in a statement. “The formation of the new Victory Digital division will allow us to continue to serve our current clients while expanding our capacity for new projects and new innovation into the future.”
Cierpiot, recently elected to his new leadership post, praised the move.
“The team at Victory knows how to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time,” Cierpiot said. “With the growing importance of digital and social media in politics, Victory Digital uses emerging technology and data-driven solutions to ensure their clients are staying ahead of the pack online.”
Lakin served as a legislative director under former House Speaker Steve Tilley and served as Chief of Staff to John Diehl when he was House Majority Floor leader.
