Parson appoints William P. Devoy as Associate Circuit Judge for 9th Judicial Circuit

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed William P. Devoy as Associate Circuit Judge for the 9^th Judicial Circuit. He will fill the Associate Circuit Judge vacancy created by the death of the Honorable Scot T. Othic.

Mr. Devoy, of Brookfield, is currently an Attorney at Elson & Devoy, P.C. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
