Agriculture groups gathered on the south lawn today to barbecue for officials, staffers, lobbyists and others in the Capitol. Around lunch time, the House passed House Joint Resolutions 7 & 11 — known as the “right to farm” bill — which was pushed by some of the groups there barbecuing.
