Molina Healthcare, Inc. (“Molina”) today announced the appointment of Jay Ludlam as plan president of Molina Healthcare of Missouri.
Ludlam returns to Missouri where he previously served as acting director for MO HealthNet and assistant attorney general for the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. He most recently served as deputy secretary of Medicaid at the North Carolina Department and Human Services. Previously, he was the assistant secretary for Medicaid Transformation in North Carolina, overseeing the implementation of the state’s Medicaid managed care program.
“Jay is a seasoned leader with broad and deep experience in health care, and he is well-equipped to lead Molina’s effort to serve Missouri’s Medicaid members,” said Chris Coffey, SVP of Health Plans, Molina Healthcare. “We look forward to Jay’s leadership of our Missouri team.”
Ludlam also has several years of experience, serving in executive roles with health plans in Missouri.
