JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Will Missouri be able to maintain its top dog stance on the ball field for a second year?
Missouri and Illinois legislators will look to answer that question in the second Missouri vs. Illinois Bi-State Softball Showdown next month. Last year, Missouri brought home the win.
Members of the General Assembly from both states will play ball to celebrate the bipartisan and bi-state cooperation at St. Louis’ Busch Stadium. The event is set to take place on Monday, July 29. First pitch is slated for 7:15 p.m.
To purchase tickets, which cost $15, visit the St. Louis Regional Chamber’s website.
