Kurt Schaefer, a candidate for Missouri’s 3rd Congressional District, spoke at Missouri Farm Bureau today. This speech was the first part of a two-day-long tour with Missouri Farm Bureau President Garrett Hawkins. The tour also has stops in Elden, Potosi, and Columbia.
