An associate judge in St. Louis has been selected to step up as judge.
On Friday, Gov. Mike Parson appointed Madeline Orling Connolly as circuit judge for the 22nd Judicial Circuit. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Mark H. Neill.

She earned a B.S. in business administration from Valparaiso University and a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law.
