Parson appoints David Cole as Circuit Judge for 39th Judicial Circuit

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Today, Governor Mike Parson appointed David Cole as Circuit Judge for the 39th Judicial Circuit. He will fill the Circuit Judge vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Jack  A.L. Goodman to the Southern District Court of Appeals.

Mr. Cole, of Cassville, is currently a partner at Ellis, Cupps & Cole Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law.
