JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Missouri State Treasurer Eric Schmitt today announced Andrew Dziedzic as his new Chief of Staff following the departure of longtime aide Matthew Panik, who will be joining a non-profit organization to work on public policy issues.
Panik began his tenure as a senior aide to Schmitt in the Missouri State Senate and has served as his Chief of Staff since January of 2012.
“The state of Missouri is a better place because of Matthew Panik’s years of hard work in state government,” Schmitt said. “I am incredibly grateful for Matt’s service and counsel through the years, and I wish him the best in his new endeavor.”
Dziedzic, who previously served as Policy Coordinator for the State Treasurer’s Office, will move into his new role effective Monday, September 11.
