New Ad: Eric Schmitt Wants State Treasurer’s Office Focused on Main Street Missouri, Not Wall Street

            Glendale, Mo. – State Senator Eric Schmitt has made clear in his campaign for Missouri State Treasurer that his priorities will be Main Street over Wall Street and today his campaign released a new television ad focused on Schmitt’s plan to invest more Missouri dollars in Main Street Missouri.

            “As treasurer I will focus on investing Missouri dollars in Missouri banks who lend to Missouri small businesses.  It’s time we focused on Missouri and growing our state, not growing Wall Street banks.  I will always put Missourians first when it comes to investing and protecting their hard-earned dollars,” Senator Schmitt said.     

            The ad began airing across the state on Tuesday, October 25.

            As Missouri State Treasurer, Senator Schmitt will pursue a policy of keeping more Missouri money invested in Missouri-based Main Street banks that lend to Missouri small businesses.

            On October 11, Senator Schmitt launched his first television ad of the general election.  The “Inspiration” ad tells the senator’s personal story and his inspiration for seeking public office.
