ANDREW COUNTY, Mo. – State Rep. Delus Johnson hopes to make another move in his political career.
The Andrew County Republican announced Monday that he plans to run for the Missouri State Senate. The 12th District seat is currently held by Brad Lager. The Savannah Republican is nearing the end of his term limit.
Johnson currently represents the 9th District in Missouri, which includes Andrew and Buchanan Counties.
Johnson has served in the Missouri House of Representatives since Jan. 2011.
