JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Catalyst is looking forward to 2017, not just because of a new administration and legislature in Missouri, but because they have a new addition of their own.
Catalyst announced on Monday their newest member, Michael Steelman. Steelman joins the government relations team after working in the communications and events offices during the campaign of the newly-elected governor Eric Greitens.
“We are excited to have Michael Steelman join our team here at Catalyst and are looking forward to the energy and perspective he will bring in service to our clients,” Danny Pfeifer, Catalyst founder and managing principal, said. “Michael will be a valuable member of our team as we prepare for a busy 2017 helping Catalyst clients successfully navigate the legislative process at the national, state and local levels of government.”
A graduate of the University of Missouri, Steelman cut his teeth in government relations by representing the Associated Students of the University of Missouri, and excelled in his studies, earning a spot on the Dean’s List in 2015 and 2016.
Steelman joins the nationally recognized government relations firm consisting of Danny Pfeifer, Greg Porter, Alex Eaton and Becky Lohmann on the Catalyst government relations team.
The firm represents several Fortune 500 companies, industry disrupters, and national trade associations.
