Bringing her total raised to $54,186.00 since announcing her candidacy in August. It is time our lawmakers start valuing our families and focus on essentials like education. I’m honored to receive the support of so many in the Mid-Missouri community, and will continue to work hard, so our families have a voice in Jefferson City.”

In addition to her, 28 years as a teacher in Columbia Public Schools Susan is active in the Mid-Missouri community. Susan has served multiple terms on the Susan G. Komen Board raising funds and awareness to fight cancer. Elected as president of “Friends of Rocheport” working to improve tourism by preserving our local communities history and architecture. Columbia Public School teachers elected Susan as president of the Columbia National Education Association. Susan’s leadership and advocacy led to educators across Missouri electing her to serve as their voice on the board of the Public School Retirement System (PSRS). PSRS serves more than 240,000 active and retired teachers
