Kirkwood, MO – Rick Stream, former State Representative and candidate for State Senate, is
endorsing Mark Milton for State Representative. Mark has proven himself to be leader in his
community and his experience in the private sector is needed in Jefferson City. He will be a
strong defender of limited government and will work to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in
