PSC Staff Files Complaint Against Alleged Water & Sewer Provider
JEFFERSON CITY—The Staff of the Missouri Public Service Commission has filed a complaint against TUK, L.L.C. and its owners alleging the company is providing water and sewer services in a manner that makes it subject to Public Service Commission regulation and that the company has failed to obtain the appropriate approval from the Commission. Specifically, the PSC Staff alleges TUK, L.L.C. is providing unauthorized water and sewer service in Jefferson County near Eureka, Missouri to an area known as Seven Springs.
TUK, L.L.C. has until December 17, 2014 to file a response to the complaint.
