Release: Phyllis Schlafly’s funeral details

Dear Friend, Mary, the Mother of Christ, in the Gospel of Luke:   My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord,                                     my spirit rejoices in God my Savior                                     for he has looked with favor on his lowly servant.  Phyllis Schlafly was a woman of faith whose life was a proclamation of the greatness of God, the family and our nation.  Phyllis’ spirit rejoiced in the wonder of God’s creatures and the fun we could have.  And, above all, Phyllis knew she was blessed by God – with her Fred, her family, and so many of you. Over the next 10 days, there are 3 opportunities for you to join the Schlafly family to celebrate Phyllis’ life and honor her faith. The first is a visitation at a funeral home tomorrow from 3-8pm.  The second is a Mass of Christian Burial at the Cathedral Basilica this Saturday at 2pm.  And the third is a Memorial Celebration of Phyllis during her annual meeting Eagle Council on September 17th at 10am.  More details are below. You are invited to all three.  Members of the Schlafly family will be present at all three to accept your good wishes and condolences.  If you cannot be present, please continue to pray for the Schlafly family.
