ST. LOUIS – Touting his “extensive political and legislative knowledge,” Victory Digital has announced the hiring of Charlie Puyear as its newest digital campaign manager.
The move was announced in a news release Tuesday by Victory Digital, a division of Victory Enterprises.
“Charlie’s extensive political and legislative knowledge will help our team continue providing cutting edge digital strategies that keep our clients ahead of their competitors,” said Joe Lakin, Victory Digital director.
Puyear, a graduate of Missouri State University, has served in both campaign and legislative capacities in the Missouri political arena. He joins a Victory Digital team that consists of six digital strategists and creative team with experience in politics, public affairs and corporate advocacy.
Victory Digital was launched in April 2015 and now serves more than 40 clients nationwide, including national trade organizations, Fortune 500 companies, statewide ballot measures, candidates for state and federal office and key legislative leaders.

Victory Enterprises was founded in 1997 by former Iowa Republican Party Chair Steve Grubbs and currently has offices in Iowa, Florida, Missouri, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oregon, Oklahoma and South Carolina.
