SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Arrangements for Spence Jackson have been announced for the coming week in Springfield.
Both services will be held at Greenlawn East in Springfield. The visitation will be Thursday, April 9th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral will be the next day, on Friday, April 10th, at 1 p.m.
The Spence Jackson family has designated two funds in lieu of flowers. For those who wish to contribute to the family, checks can be made payable to The Spence Jackson Family Fund and mailed to Morgan Stanley, 1535 E Primrose, Springfield, MO 65804 – 100% of the proceeds will benefit the family.
Rachael Herndon was editor of The Missouri Times until 2019. She also produced This Week in Missouri Politics, published Missouri Times Magazine, and co-hosted the #MoLeg podcast. Herndon joined The Missouri Times in 2014, returning to political reporting after working as a campaign and legislative staffer. In 2019, she entered Missouri’s cannabis industry, co-founding Greenway Magazine.
