A bill, named the Recovering America’s Wildlife Act, passed the U.S. House of Representatives last month 231-190. The bill now heads to the U.S. Senate, being sponsored by Sen. Roy Blunt as he serves in his last term.

The Democrats are seeking to clear up confusion that has arisen since the signing of Attorney General opinion No. 22-2022, which outlawed abortion in Missouri with the exception of medical emergencies.
“This isn’t something that’s dead on arrival, like gun laws,” Roberts said. “It would be one of those compromises on something that they're (Republicans) trying to get done. Then having something that we're trying to get done, as well — that's fair, reasonable, and would have bipartisan support.”
The most surprising finding, however, is how poorly embattled former Gov. Eric Greitens performed. Greitens scored just 16% of the vote, a far-cry from the 20+% most other polls have found.
Announcing the endorsement, CPAC wrote, “In the Missouri legislature Rick Brattin has been a consistent conservative voice with a lifetime 90% rating. He has led the charge on fighting illegal immigration, defending election security, and protecting life. CPAC is proud to endorse Rick Brattin for (MO-4).”
Black leads by 24 point margin in the poll, with 38% of respondents saying they'd vote for him if the primary happened today. Rep. J. Eggleston, R-Maysville, garnered 14% of the respondents' vote and Delus Johnson scored 6%.
Specifically, the bill mandates that school districts and charter schools will have to adopt a policy that makes the process for enrolling in virtual courses similar to that of enrolling in in-person courses.

As the August primary election looms less than a month away, a recent poll by the Trafalgar group shows U.S. Rep. Vicky Hartzler, Mo-04, with a lead of less than a point over former Gov. Eric Greitens in the U.S. Senate race to replace retiring Sen. Roy Blunt.
Rep. Randy Railsback, the incumbent of the newly drawn district 2, seems to be the front runner and established candidate in the district's election race.
