ST. LOUIS – Strategic Capitol Consulting’s Steven Tilley announced Tom Robbins as his new partner.

Robbins has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Mizzou and a Juris Doctorate from the University Missouri School of Law. He handles the energy, insurance, technology and government clients. Robbins also advises clients on campaign finance, tort reform and business development, including government procurement.
Strategic Capitol Consulting represents a robust portfolio with blue chip clients like Anheuser-Busch, Express Scripts, Tesla and Osage Nation.
Rachael Herndon was editor of The Missouri Times until 2019. She also produced This Week in Missouri Politics, published Missouri Times Magazine, and co-hosted the #MoLeg podcast. Herndon joined The Missouri Times in 2014, returning to political reporting after working as a campaign and legislative staffer. In 2019, she entered Missouri’s cannabis industry, co-founding Greenway Magazine.
